The Builders Association of North Central Indiana (BANCI), formerly the BAKFC, is proud to recognize Ervin Bolt Jr. of Irvin Bolt Construction INC. Ervin Bolt Jr. CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) has been a remodeling specialist since 1974, serving all of Kosciusko County. Ervin has been a long standing member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Indiana Builders Association (IBA) and the Builders Association of Kosciusko and Fulton County (BAKFC) for over 35 years. Ervin is a former Board of Directors Member of BAKFC and a Senior Life Director for the IBA. It is our honor, as the BANCI Board of Directors for 2021, to recognize Ervin Bolt as a Remodeling professional in Kosciusko County.
