The Builders Association of North Central Indiana (BANCI) is thrilled to announce that the 2026 Homes on Parade is officially on the calendar! Following the incredible success of last year’s Parade, we’re gearing up for a bigger and better event in 2026, and we invite the entire community to start making plans now.
This early announcement is your chance to save the date, watch for upcoming details, and get excited about one of our region’s most anticipated home-building events of the year. Builders interested in showcasing a home in the 2026 Homes on Parade are encouraged to begin planning now and reach out to the BANCI office for entry details, timelines, and requirements. We can’t wait to build on last year’s momentum together!
The 2026 Homes on Parade will feature a curated selection of beautifully built homes, highlighting the craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication of BANCI member builders. Homes will be located throughout Kosciusko, Marshall and Fulton Counties, offering attendees a firsthand look at the latest trends in residential construction, design, and functionality.
This self-guided tour allows visitors to explore multiple homes at their own pace while connecting directly with local builders and industry partners who make our community strong.
